Thanksgiving 2020 will probably be different ,
Now, if I don't get another email out before this Weekend's Events Email, I want to say: Happy Thanksgiving , and I am Thankful for YOU!
While we normally have a big Thanksgiving Eve Events night we don't know if that will be the case this year. Families usually get together, causing a convergence of college kids, adult children, grandchildren and other members of our families and our friends to make it into Town. However, we've been asked to forego some of the visitors at gatherings this year UNLESS we can get tested or maintain social distancing
and mask-wearing due to COVID. I hope you do what you can to enjoy your loved ones as much as possible, but stay safe as well.
On Friday I want you to set some time aside for the "Light the Night" Tribute for Honorable Mayor Ralph A. Scordino as the Village and Town say Goodbye and Give Thanks for the life and service of one of our area's most prominent
local leaders. He passed away in late October but with everything going on in 2020 I understand this event was delayed. It starts at 6PM at Argyle Park and I am sure Babylon Village will have it online live if you can't make it in person.
