First, I want to extend my condolences to the family and friends of Mayor Ralph Scordino and all Village of Babylon residents as we mourn his unexpected passing this week. As a longtime resident and public servant, the Mayor's leadership was an example for Local Villages across Long Island, and his influence was felt strongest here in Babylon Town. As a local, independent business advocate I admired his fierce, constant protection of the Village
businesses. I was saddened to hear of his passing.
This weekend there are so many Events on the calendar because Halloween falls on a Saturday! However you shouldn't count out Friday OR Sunday either if you want to go to a Haunted House, Trunk or Treat or Drive thru Halloween event. Check them all out below, but please stay safe as COVID levels are rising incrementally even here in New York (but nowhere as bad as in other states).
