Here at ILoveBabylon we like to celebrate Independents the entire first Week of July. What do we mean by Independents? Local, Small, Independent Businesses actively engaging in the most American endeavor of them all - Entrepreneurship. What is more American than engaging in Free Trade, Free Markets, and exercising the ability to make the American Dream come true?! So all week, we will be featuring the many reasons why Local Independents are important to our local economy and how those businesses contribute to our communities in ways that chains, big box stores and online giants just can't. Look out for the Independents Week Celebration posts all across ILoveBabylon's channels.

Of course, you know we have a great lineup of events celebrating the birth of our nation on the calendar too. For example: Don’t miss out on the July 4 Fireworks BayJam Cruise. Enjoy Grucci’s Great South Bay Fireworks Extravagance aboard The Moon Chaser. A DJ will be on board for entertainment and boarding will begin at 7:10pm. Beer, Wine, Soda and Cold Appetizer Platter included. Cash bar for liquor and bottled beer. Coolers are allowed for food but no alcoholic beverages in coolers please.
