This week catch SubUrbia by Eric Bogosian: Presented by Theatre Out Of Bounds. Chronicling the nighttime activities of a group of aimless 20-somethings still
living in their suburban Long Island hometown and their reunion with a former high school classmate who has become a successful musician. The musician Pony’s return strips away illusions and excuse to reveal the meaningless dead-end existences of everyone. This production of the play is set in a small suburban Levittown, New York in the 90’s. The references in the play will feel close to home for all Long Island natives!
