Want to get in on the Holiday Lamp Post Decorating in Babylon Village? Each year over 1,000 people volunteer to decorate the lampposts throughout Babylon Village. The Babylon Beautification Society provides all decorations (tree roping, lights, red bow) and volunteers sign-up in advance to decorate a lamppost. There is no cost to decorate a lamppost. The Argyle Theatre at Babylon Village presents The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Based on the Victor Hugo novel and songs from the Disney animated feature, The Hunchback of Notre Dame showcases the film’s Academy Award-nominated score, as well as new songs by Menken and Schwartz. The South Shore Theatre Experience presents Seesaw a 1973 American musical from a book by Michael Bennett, music by Cy Coleman, and lyrics by Dorothy Fields.
