The Post Office Cafe is turning 40! So they are throwing a massive party and J Haus Band will be providing the
soundtrack. Our own Bobby Digital is playing 4-8 for happy hour and the full band will hit the stage around 9! Don't miss the Long Island Fall Beer Festival 2018. Unlimited samples of local breweries and brands. Be sure to stop by the food truck pit to indulge in a variety of delicacies. Once your belly is full, try your hand at an assortment of large lawn games with other festival goers.
Join in on the Oyster & Seafood Festival on October 6th & 7th! There will be musical performances too! Saturday: Easy Street performs from 6:30 - 9:30pm. Sunday: 70's Flashback performs from 1 - 4pm. Peat Moss & The Fertilizers performs
from 6pm - 9pm.
The North Babylon Chamber of Commerce will host its 3rd Annual Street Fair and Pumpkin Patch on Sunday, October 7, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. There will be something for everyone. Rides, Pumpkin Patch, Petting Zoo, Music, Food and some great Vendors.

Theatre Experience presents The Wizard of Oz. Go on a magical adventure with Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion as they try to get Dorothy home.

Bring the family to the Trunk or Treat at Tanner Park. The children will enjoy going from trunk to trunk for treats, music from our DJ, crafts, cotton candy, bouncers, and playing in the playground.
Another great event for the family is the Convoys Annual Big Rig Truck Show! Bring the kids to see a Big Rig truck up close. Lots for the whole family Live music, kids entertainment, monster truck rides, free giveaways, face painting, obstacle course, food vendors, craft vendors and vendors in the industry. Award ceremony see who's truck gets best in show
this year.
On Tuesday, October 23, 2018 little ones are invited to dress in their costumes and come to Stew Leonard’s to go trick or treating throughout the store from 4:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Children can
pick up a map from Customer Service and use the map to find treats throughout the store. While supplies last.
This October 2018, Stew’s in Farmingdale will host an open-air Hay Bale Theater to show a free children’s Halloween-themed movie!
Complimentary juice and popcorn are served to all. The movies begin at 6:00 P.M., with seating opening at 5:30 P.M. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Saturday & Sunday October 20th, 21st - Make sure to bring your kiddies to Pumpkin Park in Adventureland & stop at our booth for some trick-or-treating and to meet & greet with one of the members of Paw Patrol! They will also be giving out treats for parents & some to bring HOME to your fur-babies! |

This year, the Youth Center will be hosting a cocktail party for the benefit of the kids of the Babylon Village Youth Project. As in past years, the organization will host a large Chinese Auction with a variety of items from our own Babylon Village.
Kick Up Your Heels at the Country Music Dance Party! Join in
on a night of Country Music and Line Dancing to benefit the Kiwanis Club of Lindenhurst High School Scholarship Funds. Music by UnWind. Line Dancing with Marilyn & Dee.
UCP will also be celebrating World Cerebral Palsy Day by hosting a 5K Walk and Wheel! It is an annual awareness observation that brings together people with cerebral palsy, their families and loved ones, and organizations working to ensure equal rights for them.
Grab the leash and head to Tanger Outlet Center in Deer Park on Saturday, October 20 for the 6th Annual DogFest Walk 'n Roll Long Island
benefiting Canine Companions for Independence. Furry friends and their families are invited to join in for a day of fun. Enjoy a 1-mile walk, live DJ, vendors, agility course, Companions assistance dog demonstration and join Tanger Outlets Food Truck Event. Costume parade with prizes for the best human/canine costume team; silliest and most original canine costumeaninemusic, food and more. |
