#GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. It's celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We urge you to make a donation to a local cause you are passionate about, like the Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition or the Anthony Todaro Foundation, or simply go support a cause while having some fun at a Fundraiser.

What else is going on this week? The highlights are probably going to be at the end of the week with several Tree Lighting ceremonies, some of which will feature Holiday Parades and Sales. However, you shouldn't forget the Kid's events, Concerts and even Parties happening around Town so you can blow off some steam.
