Today, Friday, marks the
kick-off of Red Ribbon Week and there's a ceremony at Babylon Town Hall commemorating same. Red Ribbon Week is an event to raise awareness about the effect of drugs, addiction and related crime across our Town and
America.
Let's see, what else? For foodies Carolyn's in Amityville is having a 'Meet and Greet and Eat' and Lily Flanagan's in Babylon is having their Annual Oktoberfest. For Halloween fans you can paint your favorite scenes from the
Walking Dead before the premiere of the new season on Sunday or enjoy The Legend of Sleepy Hollow production by the South Shore Theater experience.
Barbells for Boobs, the Red Ribbon Walk for Awareness and the NeuroFibromatosis
Walk all offer an opportunity to give back this weekend.
